Roll with cottage cheese filling for Easter celebration

Recipe
Biscuit dough making:
- 200g Flour
- 8 Eggs
- 180g Sugar
- 20g Vanilla sugar
Cream making:
- 500g Cottage cheese (ricota)
- 200g Whiping cream
- 100g Icing sugar
Equipment: oven, baking trace, mixer, scale, baking paper
Instructions
Dough making:
- Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar for 15min.
- Mix in sifted flour.
- Bake in 180C temperature for 10min.
- After baking, roll biscuit on baking paper, leave it to cool down.
Cream making:
- Whisk cream with icing sugar until solid consistency.
- Mix cottage chease and cream together.
- Spread cream mass on baked biscuit.
- Roll it.
- Decorate it how it is needed.
